The 1000 Series Door Closer is a residential closer for light interior use. Adjustable closing and latching speeds make the door closer ideal for small offices, condominiums, apartments, and single-family residences. The closer is non-handed, size 1 and can be mounted on regular, top jamb, or parallel arm installations.
