DESCRIPTION

Nothing is better than lush, green grass. Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Lawn FoodFL is a fertilizer formulated for Florida lawns, feeding up to 3 months to protect lawns against heat and drought. Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Lawn FoodFL is safe to use on any grass type. Apply the product to a dry lawn during the growing season. We recommend using a Scotts® spreader to apply this product. For Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreaders, use a setting of 4 ½. For Scotts® drop spreaders, use a setting of 9. For Scotts® Wizz® spreaders, use a setting of 4 ¼. Return unused product to original container, and sweep any product that lands on the driveway, sidewalk, or street back onto your lawn. Do not apply this product to warm season grass types within 1 month of first expected frost. One 14.06 lb. bag of Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Lawn FoodFL covers 5,000 sq. ft.

How to Use

Scotts® Turf Builder® Southern Lawn Food protects your southern lawn from heat and drought for up to 3 months.

Apply this lawn fertilizer with a Scotts® broadcast/rotary spreader. Walk at a steady pace with each pass no more than 5' away from the previous one to ensure overlap.

If using a Scotts® drop spreader to apply this lawn fertilizer, align the hopper wheel with the tracks from the previous pass and continue across the lawn at a steady pace.

WHEN AND WHERE TO USE

Where to Use

Use on actively growing Southern lawns of any grass type.

When to Apply

Apply this lawn fertilizer to dry lawns. Do not apply in winter in North Florida. Apply only once per year.
