These briquettes are made from all-natural ingredients (90% hardwood and 10% natural starch). Each piece is identical in size and is a large, pillow design; which makes for easier lighting. Works great for all grilling purposes as they burn longer and maintain a consistent temperature. The bag is 100% recyclable and made from a polyethylene plastic material that provides a water/moisture barrier. Don't worry about not using the whole bag at once as the integrated plastic zip allows for easy resealing. Bag and briquettes are manufactured in the US.
